  I have been a long term customer for at least 4 plus years. They are under new management and I was having a birthday party. I ordered the pizza's a day early to make sure they had enough ingredient's for this large of order. I was ordering 11 pizza's, 4 orders of cheesy bread and 3 orders of crazy combo. They assured me since I called a day ahead that the only problem they might have is the one thin crust. Which, I told them would not be a problem to remove this one pizza if they did not have the crust for that day. They assured me that when my son comes in at 5:30 p.m. the next day, everything would be ready. I even called the next day around 3:00 p.m. to confirm that they would have this order ready by 5:30 p.m. because it was for a birthday party being held at a hotel and my son had to drive them over to us in rush hour traffic and there would be 20 plus people waiting to eat. When my son arrived at 5:25 p.m., they had not even started the order and the lady at the front counter was soooooo rude and loved to roll her eyes at everyone she dealt with. In fact, my son said she rolled her eyes at least 7 time in the time he had to wait for the order which took 45 minutes. I had to finally call by phone to ask what was taking so long and why this order was not complete. I really feel since we only ordered cheese and pepperoni, that are order was given away before the pick up time. They were very busy, they did not seem to even care for the inconvenience they caused of individual having to wait to be fed. They did not have the thin crust, so the order was for 10 pizza's, which with the complete order was around $100.00. I could have given this to Domino's and had it delivered. But being a regular customer, which I had just been in their shop the Saturday before getting my grandson pizza and myself, I thought I would give them a chance. So don't plan a birthday party with this location. Even if you try and call in a day ahead of time, you may not get your order when requested. Might be best to use delivery service, because then at least if they are late they will compensate you on your pizza. We were not even offered that option of compensation, which tells me the young lady at the front who kept rolling her eyes at everyone really didn't give a care on whether we received good customer service or not.

  i came to little casears about 5 days ago during lunch time. there were only 2 people working, ashley and alex. they were quite busy when i got there. ashley took my order and was very nice and friendly even though i could tell they were severely understaffed and way to busy. i was astonished by how hard they were working! a mean lady came in and complained about her pizzas not being ready for her sons birthday party when she was over an hour late and they had to remake the pizzas because they were no longer good. she was extremely horrible to ashley and was complaining the whole time and demanded she take the pizzas out of the oven a couple minutes early because she had to go. great service and great staff. both of them deserve a raise for their hard work!

  Workers are rude and yell at trainees in front of customers. When asked if they could do that later a customer was yelled at and told to never come back. Guy should be fired. This place is a joke and doesn't care about their customers or the quality of their food. If I were the owner I'd be ashamed of myself for allowing such people to work at my business.
